Alexander Neuberth and Leander Leins both trained in star 

gastronomy with Rolf Straubinger at Burg Staufeneck and then 

developed their style in renowned restaurants. Alexander has his own restaurant “Schwabenstuben” in Freiberg am Neckar. 

 

Together they run the Weinlaube Schillers Mitte, as well as directly 

opposite Schillers Garten, the Laube directly at the Alten Schloss on 

the Stuttgarter Weindorf.
