Alexander Neuberth and Leander Leins both learned in star gastronomy with Rolf Straubinger at Burg Staufeneck and subsequently developed their style in renowned restaurants. Alexander meanwhile runs his own restaurant, the Schwabenstuben in Freiberg am Neckar.

Together they run the Weinlaube Schillers Mitte at the Stuttgarter Weindorf.
